Advocacy Center

The Advocacy Center supports and educates students to break down legal barriers and provide a pathway to complete their education and beyond. As a result of our services, students can: understand their legal rights, develop goals, and take action. Subjects covered include alcohol offenses, custody concerns, expungements, name change, landlord tenant law, mental health law, PFA’s and more. If you are in need of assistance, please email advocacy@westmoreland.edu.

Baby Formula Assistance

Through a partnership with the Western PA Diaper Bank, we are able to provide assistance with baby formula to our students who are parents. There are no income or location restrictions.

Career Closet

The Career Closet consists of new and gently used professional clothing that is donated.  Every item is free for students, and staff will assist in helping a student pick professional clothing for an upcoming interview or a new job. Students can access the closet by contacting Career Services at careersFREEWESTMORELAND.

The Career Connections Center offers services and resources to help you explore your major/career interests, develop your skills and build professional connections.
