Academic Records
- Official or attested secondary school and/or college/university transcripts (if applicable), with English translation
- Foreign college/university transcripts must include a course-by-course evaluation from a NACES-approved organization (www.naces.org)
- Diplomas, certifications, or comprehensive examination results (if applicable)
English Language Proficiency
- Official TOEFL or IELTS scores
- TOEFL (Paper): 500
- TOEFL (Internet-based): 61
- IELTS: 5.0
Financial Documentation
- Proof of funding for two semesters (24 credits), living expenses, and health insurance
- Acceptable documents:
- Official bank statement(s) on bank letterhead, signed by a bank official, showing:
- Funds meeting the Annual Minimum Expenses below or $30,000
- Account in good standing
- Bank statements up to 12 months old may be requested
- Affidavit of Support (if funded by someone other than the student)
- Must be notarized by a Notary Public or First-Class Magistrate
- Sponsor must provide financial documentation listed above
- Official bank statement(s) on bank letterhead, signed by a bank official, showing:
Housing
- Proof of secured U.S. housing within two weeks of arrival
- Documentation may include:
- Lease or deed (renting or buying)
- Notarized letter (living with family, spouse, or friend)
- Housing must be in Westmoreland, Fayette, or Indiana County
Health Insurance
- Proof of health insurance required within two weeks of arrival
- F-1 Student Transfer Form
- Copy of current I-20
- Copy of I-94
- Official transcript from current college or university
- Tuition & Fees: $14,700
- Books: $800
- Living Expenses (housing, food, transportation): $20,000
- Health Insurance: $1,000

- Meet with an academic advisor
- Attend all required international student orientations and meetings
