Enrollment Days
Westly’s Rising Wolfpack Enrollment Days are welcoming, one-stop events created to help new students prepare for a successful
start at Westmoreland County Community College.
Students can complete as many enrollment steps as possible before classes begin, including
admissions, placement, financial aid, advising and registration, billing, technology
setup, and athletics. These events are designed to make the process easier, provide
answers and support, and ensure students feel confident and ready to join the Pack.
- Photo ID so you can get your college photo ID taken - PA Driver's License, passport, military ID, high school ID with photo (must have photo), high school yearbook as a last resort.
- Unofficial high school and/or college transcripts. Request a high school transcript from your school. To request a college transcript click, National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Services. If you do not have official transcripts, please bring and unofficial copy with you.
- Your laptop/tablet/phone (if you want help setting up your devices or to see if your devices are compatible with college applications/programs).
- Your FSA ID (obtained here FSA ID and any financial aid documents you were asked to provide.
- Any questions about registration, financial aid, billing, technology, or athletics.
- Apply for admission: Admissions Application
- Complete the ALEKS test (for math only), at home remotely. Click here to learn more.
- If you plan to apply for financial aid, create your FSA ID: FAFSA application
- Start or submit your FAFSA: If you haven't already, apply for your FSA ID
- Request your official high school and/or college transcripts: Have them emailed to, including courses taken through dual enrollment, early college, and AP exam scores, to: transcriptsFREEWESTMORELAND or mail to: WCCC Admissions Office, 145 Pavilion Lane, Youngwood, PA 15697
- Set up your campus username and password: Directions were previously provided to your email OR call 724-925-5921 for IT assistance.
- Check-In & Opening Session (get your packet + learn your required steps)
- Admissions (confirm application/program and transcript status)
- English and Math Placement
- Financial Aid (review FAFSA status, missing documents, corrections)
- Advising/Registration (placement review and register for classes if ready)
- Student Accounts (billing questions and payment plan options)
- Athletics (if applicable)
- Technology/Help Desk (logins, devices, D2L access, student systems)
