Class Registration Information

2024 Registration is NOW OPEN!

Please read the information provided below before making a selection.

Course Registration:
General Requirements for Course Registration:
  • All students will need to register via the new MyWestmoreland student portal. 
    • For both Tuition and Fire Department Hosted courses.
      • Username will be your email provided
      • Password - please remember your password, as this will be necessary to access your account, register in the future, and access missplaced certificates of completion from July 2022+
        • Certificate of Completion will also be emailed to you upon reconcilation of the course by the PSTC staff - this can be 30-45 days post completion.
    • Exception will be for EMT students.
      • EMT Pre-Registration is available HERE.
        • Account is not immediately created, but is once agreement is completed.
      • If you wish to sign up immediately and pay upfront you can at our registration website, you will need to set up a student account, which the system will walk you through.  Additionally, directions are provided below.  Link to site HERE.
  • Courses with tuition will require payment up front. Three payment options exist:
    • Credit Card Payment
    • 3rd Party Billing (Fire Department is invoiced)
      • Requires department to be setup for invoicing, and department must agree to it.
      • To request 3rd Party Billing, if not already set up, please use this FORM.
    • Exclusive Package Member
      • Material Fees still apply, and are typically invoiced via 3rd Party Request.
      • Student may not be recognized by the system, and will require your student account to be updated. 
      • You will need to notify the PSTC Technican for this request.  Techncian can be reached at  724.925.5853
      • Current Departments with Exclusive Packages:
        • Hempfield FD
        • New Kensington FD
        • Port Vue FD
      • If you are one of these department members, and need to create a new account, post completion of account, please email the PSTC Technician to have your account properly set up for Exclusive Packages.
