College Policy Manual

Westmoreland County Community College is led by Dr. Kristin L. Mallory, president. The college has a Board of Trustees that reviews all policies and places the policies into action.

The Policy Manual is in the process of being updated to be a web-based manual. While in production, all new policies will be listed below along with the link to the Policy Manual. We appreciate your patience as we work to better serve our students, staff and the community.
