Payment Methods

When it comes to making payments, we offer several ways for you to keep your account up to date.

  • Financial aid
  • Tuition Payment Plan - Make interest-free, monthly payments
  • Credit card - Visa, Mastercard, Discover
  • Check - payable to Westmoreland County Community College. Student ID number must be written on the check.

Payments with a check can be made by mail or in person at the Enrollment Center in the Student Achievement Center, Youngwood campus.  Checks are also accepted at the other Westmoreland locations. Credit card payments can be made in person at the Enrollment center, Youngwood campus, by telephone or online through the MyWestmoreland portal.

Note: Pending financial aid is an estimate. Actual financial aid is dependent on conditions of your enrollment and eligible charges.

Students must be in a payment status by the payment due date each semester.

Payment status is defined as one of the following:
  • Paying out of pocket - account paid in full by payment due date
  • Having sufficient financial aid to cover your full bill
  • Having a documented third-party payment arrangement
  • Setting up a payment plan in TouchNet
