Special Note to Students -If you do not plan to enroll in a Westmoreland Payment Plan for SPRING, payment in full is due on Tuesday, January 16 by 4 p.m. If you do not have financial aid in place, or have not yet applied, it is not too late to do so.  For more information, contact our Information Center via phone at724-925-4000 or via email.

When it comes to making payments, we offer several ways for you to keep your account up to date.

• Financial aid
• Tuition Payment Plan - Make interest-free, monthly payments.
• Credit card - Visa, Mastercard, Discover
• Check - payable to Westmoreland County Community College. Student ID number must be written on the check.

Payments with a credit card or check can be made by mail or in person at the Enrollment Center in the Student Achievement Center, Youngwood campus. Checks are also accepted at the other Westmoreland locations. Credit card payments can also be made by telephone or online through the MyWestmoreland portal.

Note: Pending financial aid is an estimate. Actual financial aid is dependent on conditions of your enrollment and eligible charges.
