The tuition monthly payment plan allows students to pay for tuition and fees over a period of six, five, four, three, or two payments depending on the term and time of enrollment. Students can sign up for a payment plan via TouchNet which is accessible through MyWestmoreland portal.

The amount contracted is only for tuition and fees.  Books will not be included in this total. Only accepted/finalized financial aid amounts will be deducted from the amount of your payment plan.

The payment plan is not offered for Continuing Education Classes or any past due balances.

The tuition payment plan is offered by Westmoreland County Community College via the TouchNet payment system.  Automatic payments are required and will come out on the scheduled payment dates.  Payments will post to the student's account immediately when the payment is received.

Payment plans can be cancelled if the student account with Westmoreland is paid in full.  Students should not stop paying on the payment plan without first contacting our Accounting Department by emailing acct_receiveFREEWESTMORELAND.

Enrollment in the TouchNet Payment Plan must be finalized by the payment due date. Payment for the 25 Summer semester is due Monday, May 19, 2025 by 4:30 p.m. regardless of class start date.

  • Login to the MyWestmoreland portal to get your account balance.  Click on the ANTHOLOGY STUDENT PORTAL link.  Then go to MY FINANCES. 
  • It may take up to 2 hours after registering for a class for the charges to show in TouchNet.

Five Payment Plan - opens November 8

  • Sign Up Period: 11/8/24 - 1/7/25
  • Payment Due Dates:  1/8/25, 2/8/25, 3/8/25, 4/8/25, 5/8/25

Four Payment Plan - opens November 8

  • Sign Up Period: 11/8/24 - 1/15/25
  • Payment Due Dates:  1/16/25, 2/16/25, 3/16/25, 4/16/25

Three Payment Plan - opens January 8, 2025

  • Sign Up Period: 1/8/25 - 2/19/25

Two Payment Plan - opens February 10, 2025

Note: Pending financial aid is an estimate. Actual financial aid is dependent on conditions of your enrollment and eligible charges

Students must be in a payment status by the payment due date each semester.

Payment status is defined as one of the following:
  • Paying out of pocket - account paid in full by payment due date
  • Having sufficient financial aid to cover your full bill
  • Having a documented third-party payment arrangement
  • Setting up a payment plan in TouchNet
 

ENROLL IN PAYMENT PLAN
