Tuition Payment Plans

If taking spring 2026 classes, you must be in payment status by 3:00 p.m. on January 5, 2026.  

If taking summer 2026 classes, you must be in payment status by 3:00 p.m. on May 18, 2026. 

Payment status is defined as one of the following:
  • Having sufficient financial aid to cover your full bill 
  • Paying out of pocket (account paid in full)
  • Having a documented third-party payment arrangement
  • Setting up a payment plan in TouchNet

The tuition monthly payment plan allows students to pay for tuition and fees over a period of five, four, or two payments depending on the term and time of enrollment. A deposit is required when a student sets up a payment plan in addition to a $25 set up fee.  Students can set up a payment plan via TouchNet which is accessible through MyWestmoreland portal.

The amount contracted is only for tuition and fees.  Books will not be included in this total. Only accepted/finalized financial aid amounts will be deducted from the amount of your payment plan.

The payment plan is not offered for Continuing Education Classes or any past due balances.

The tuition payment plan is offered by Westmoreland County Community College via the TouchNet payment system.  Automatic payments are required and will come out on the scheduled payment dates.  Payments will post to the student's account immediately when the payment is received.

Payment plans can be cancelled if the student account with Westmoreland is paid in full.  Students should not stop paying on the payment plan without first contacting our Accounting Department by emailing acct_receiveFREEWESTMORELAND.

Enrollment in the TouchNet Payment Plan must be finalized by the payment due date. Payment for Spring 2026 is January 5, 2026.  Payment for Summer 2026 classes is May 18, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. regardless of class start date.

  • Login to the MyWestmoreland portal to get your account balance.  Click on the ANTHOLOGY STUDENT PORTAL link.  Then go to MY FINANCES. 
  • It may take up to 2 hours after registering for a class for the charges to show in TouchNet.  Charges will show as pending until the day after the 100% refund date.

Five Payment Plan - opens November 7

  • Sign Up Period: 11/7/25 – 12/4/25
  • Payment Due Dates: 12/5/25, 1/5/26, 2/5/26, 3/5/26, 4/5/26

Four Payment Plan - opens November 7

  • Sign Up Period: 11/7/25 – 1/4/26
  • Payment Due Dates: 1/5/26, 2/5/26, 3/5/26, 4/5/26

Two Payment Plan - opens January 19

  • Sign Up Period: 1/19/26 –3/4/26
  • Payment Due Dates: 3/5/26, 4/5/26
Late enrollment fee - $25
Late payment fee after 5 days - $25

2026 Summer Deposit + 2 Payments

Requires a 34% deposit at enrollment

  • Sign Up Period: 3/9/26 –6/8/26
  • Payment Due Dates: 6/24/26, 7/24/26
Setup Fee - $25
Late enrollment fee - $25
Late payment fee after 5 days - $25

Note: Pending financial aid is an estimate. Actual financial aid is dependent on conditions of your enrollment and eligible charges

Students must be in a payment status by the payment due date each semester.
