Our Communication Design degree program provides a flexible, responsive educational experience for students to build creative skills while integrating Adobe desktop and mobile apps to design and share their work across print, desktop, mobile devices and the Web. Communication designers are also known as visual designers or graphic designers.
Certificate programs in Graphics and Publishing and Web and Mobile are available to students looking to gain basic skills and knowledge. Courses included in these certificates may be applied toward the Communication Design degree.
Students interested in multimedia or photography have two associate degree options from which to choose. The Multimedia Technology option trains students in the areas of instructional graphics, television, audio recording, digital photography and interactive multimedia. The Photography option trains students in state-of-the-art computer-based photographic imaging.
