David An, of Latrobe, graduated from Westmoreland County Community College in the spring 2020 when he was only a junior in high school. In 2023 he earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC).
Westmoreland's Dr. Byron Kohut, Dean/School of Technology, and Keri Bailey, Director/Event Services, were each awarded a certificate of completion at the Leadership Westmoreland graduation ceremony held on May 18 at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art in Greensburg.
Students have been named to the Westmoreland County Community College President's List and Dean's List for the spring 2023 semester.
The Distinguished Alumnus Award recognizes and honors Westmoreland alumni who have distinguished themselves through professional accomplishments, significant community-based service and support or service to the college.
