5.1 Ownership/Use of College Facilities/Equipment

College facilities and equipment are the property of the college.

Unless specifically authorized by the college in accordance with its facilities policies, use of college facilities and equipment therein for personal or gainful business purposes by either employees or third
parties is prohibited.
