Tuition Payment Plan
*Special Note to Students - If you do not plan to enroll in a Westmoreland Payment Plan for SUMMER, payment in full is due on May, 28 by 4 p.m. If you do not have financial aid in place, or have not yet applied, it is not too late to do so. Summer 2024 Tuition Payment Plan
The tuition monthly payment plan allows you to pay your tuition and fees over a period of three or two payments depending on the time of enrollment. Students can sign up for a summer payment plan starting on Monday, April 29 via TouchNet which is accessible through the student portal at My.Westmoreland.
The amount contracted is only for tuition and fees. Books are not to be included in this total. Only accepted/finalized financial aid amounts may be deducted from the amount of your payment plan.
The payment plan is not offered for Continuing Education Classes or any past due balances.
The tuition payment plan is offered by Westmoreland County Community College via the TouchNet payment system. Payments will post to the student's account immediately when the payment is received.
Payment plans can be cancelled if the student account with Westmoreland is paid in full. Students should not stop paying on the payment plan without first contacting our Accounting Department by emailing acct_receive@westmoreland.edu.
Enrollment in the TouchNet Payment Plan must be finalized by the payment due date which is the first day of each semester, regardless of class start date.
- Login to the MyWestmoreland portal to get your account balance. TouchNet can be found under My Finances.
- Deduct the accepted financial aid amount (if you have any) from that balance.
- Enroll that final calculated amount in your payment plan contract in TouchNet
- Your payment plan balance will automatically be recalucated the first day of the full term.

Spring 2024 Tuition Payment plan
The tuition payment plan for spring is offered by Westmoreland County Community College in conjunction with CashNet. Payment plan payments for spring are made directly to CashNet. Payments will post to the student's Westmoreland County Community College account within two weeks.
Spring payment plans can be cancelled if the student account with Westmoreland is paid in full. Students should not stop paying on the payment plan without first contacting CashNet.

Payment plans must be contracted each semester. Enrollment in the CashNet payment plan must be finalized by the payment due date indicated on your student portal. If you need assistance, Cashnet customer care is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. EST at 1-877-821-0625.
