Everything You Need for a Great Semester
The Westmoreland bookstore is operated for the convenience of students, faculty and staff. In addition to textbooks and supplies for classes, the bookstore stocks Westmoreland and Wolfpack Athletics clothing and gift items.
Prior to the start of each semester, the bookstore publishes a list of required books and their prices for each course.
The bookstore accepts payment by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Students also have the option of buying their books online.
- Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Closed April 18-19.
Financial aid funds may be used for textbook purchases. Students will need a copy of their schedule and student ID to charge their financial aid account. Financial aid will be available one week before classes start for online sales and in-store purchases of textbooks. Prior to purchasing books, students should check their financial aid account status on the MyWestmoreland portal.
Students at Other Locations
Students attending classes at Westmoreland locations other than the Youngwood campus are invited to purchase their textbooks at the bookstore in Youngwood or through the online ordering system. Orders placed online can be shipped directly to the appropriate Westmoreland location, free of charge. Students who cannot do so should contact the bookstore or their Westmoreland location for alternative options.
Textbook Rental Program
In some cases, students can rent the textbook required for their course through the online ordering system. Once a student chooses the correct course and section number, the system will give the student the option to rent the title if it is eligible to be rented.
Refunds on textbooks are allowed only under certain circumstances. Requests for refunds must be accompanied by receipts and, if appropriate, a copy of the student’s drop form. Copies of the complete bookstore return policy are printed on the back of each receipt.
