The payment due date will be indicated on the student portal. You remain obligated for all tuition and fees unless you officially drop during the refund period.
The college accepts payment in the form of check and MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Payment by check or credit card may be made at the Student Services Success Center. Checks are also accepted at the education centers. Check and credit card payments may also be made by mail. In addition, credit card payments may be made by telephone or online. Checks should be made payable to Westmoreland County Community College, and the student’s ID number must be written on the check.
The college reserves the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received by the due date listed on your statement.
