Continuing Education Course Idea
Thank you for your interest in offering a continuing education class at Westmoreland. To submit a course idea for consideration, please complete a course proposal by clicking the link below and return it to me either electronically or by mail. After reviewing the proposal, if we think it is a class that may be of interest to the community, you will be contacted to schedule a meeting to discuss your idea further.

NOTE: If you have difficulty saving the course proposal to return it as an attachment to an email, follow the instructions below.
Instructions for Saving a PDF
If the PDF form you are using shows a bar at the top which states that you are unable to save the data typed into the form, use the following instructions to save and send your completed course proposal to the WCCC Continuing Education office.
Completely fill out the form. (Ignore and close the message “Cannot Save Form Information” that pops up as soon as you click on the form.) Be sure that everything is complete and ready to be sent back. You will not be able to make changes to the document after you have saved it.
Follow the instructions below:
- Click on the printer icon located on the toolbar above the document.
- Click on the drop down box beside “Printer name”, select “Microsoft XPS Document Writer”, and then click OK.
- In the “Save the file as” box, choose where you would like to save your document. Beside “File name” name your document, then click Save.
- Find where you have saved your file. If you open the file, it should look exactly like the PDF file you typed and saved. This file is now ready to be sent as an e-mail attachment.
