Westmoreland-Advanced Technology Center to hold Enrollment/FAFSA Night

YOUNGWOOD, PA – Westmoreland County Community College will hold an Enrollment/FAFSA Night Wednesday, July 25 from 5 to 7 p.m. at its Advanced Technology Center located at 1001 Technology Drive, Suite 1009, in Mt. Pleasant (the former Sony facility).
Prospective students can tour the center, learn about the technology programs offered on-site, complete the application for admission and receive assistance completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Westmoreland’s Financial Aid Office will provide personalized assistance for families of college-bound students who are completing the FAFSA. The event begins at 5 p.m. and remains open until 7 p.m.
College-bound students are welcome at FAFSA Night or parents/guardians may attend on their own. Attendees should bring the following documentation to the workshop to complete the FAFSA:
- Social Security number (parent and student)
- Driver’s license numbers
- 2016 federal tax returns (including W-2) for both parents if living in the same household
- 2016 federal tax returns (including W-2) for student
- Records of untaxed income (child support received, investment, saving and checking account balances, and assets)
