About the Career Connections Center

Core Purpose

To assist students with exploring career/major options, developing their career readiness skills, and connecting them to internship and employment opportunities.

Vision Statement

Implementing best practices and resources to deliver student-centered services. Integrating work-based learning and development of career readiness skills to promote student success. This is accomplished through working collaboratively with students, alumni, employers/partners, faculty, staff, and administrators.

Mission Statement

To educate and empower students through the process of self-discovery, exploration, and professional development as they prepare for career success in the global workforce.

Value Statement

The Career Connections Center promotes the values of Westmoreland County Community College:
