Westmoreland offers a degree, diploma and a certificate in Restaurant and Culinary Management. The degree program is accredited as Exemplary by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC).

This curriculum is designed to prepare students for various levels of management positions in the food service industry. In addition to classroom and food laboratory experience, students are required to complete an internship.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of the restaurant/culinary management program may accept positions as: general operations manager, catering manager, restaurant sales representative, restaurant manager, assistant restaurant manager, food service director, assistant food service director, food purchasing agent, party planner, dining room manager, sales and marketing manager, training and development specialist or customer service manager.
